'Nothing to see here': Internet points out RFK Jr. advertising Trump ties with bear tale

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on Sunday told a strange tale bout placing a dead bear cub in Central Park 10 years ago, but many people are more interested in noting the MAGA favorite he was recorded telling the story to.

Kennedy said he was getting in front of a story from a media outlet that reached out to him about the event, which Kennedy says involved him finding a dead bear and then placing it in the park near a bike when it became clear he couldn't refrigerate the meat.

People on social media were quick to point out that Kennedy's video showed him recounting the details to Roseanne Barr, a MAGA favorite who is supporting Trump for the presidency.

@anthony7andrews wrote, "Nothing to see here, just RFK hanging out with Ultra Maga Roseanne. He’s not working for the Trump machine at all."

Cartoonist Ward Sutton said, "Hardy har har! I don't think this is going to dull the effect of the story."

"Pro tip: should not have included Roseanne Barr (???). RFK Jr. may not technically be MAGA, but he certainly is very WEIRD," he added.

@LesN1LF said, "RFJ Jr is being paid to act as a spoiler for Trump. He's not a 'third-party candidate.' But he and Roseanne Barr are both #MAGA #Weird."

@bevchapman asked, "Did Roseanne jump the MAGA ship and join RFK Jr?"

Conservative Army Iraq War Veteran Peter Henlein called the inclusion of Barr "revealing."

"The most revealing thing about the bizarre RFK Jr bear cub thing is that he did a video with Roseanne Barr about it," he wrote. "Roseanne is fanatically pro MAGA and a regular guest at Mar-a-Lago. RFK releasing videos with her gives the game away a bit."
