The Windsor Court announces Joel Babe as Assistant General Manager

NEW ORLEANS  – The Windsor Court announces the promotion of Joel Babe to Assistant General Manager. Babe will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operations while ensuring the implementation of the hotel’s brand strategy to exceed guest expectations. With significant experience in luxury hospitality, Babe will work closely with the Food and Beverage leadership team, have increased exposure in sales and oversight of The Windsor Court Spa.

Babe most recently gained experience as General Manager of Hilton St. Charles, and before that he joined the hotel in 2019 as Director of Rooms. Babe quickly demonstrated his commitment and dedication. He enhanced the in-room experience by curating luxury amenities, improved housekeeping productivity and restructured the Guest Services team to elevate customer service. Before The Windsor Court, Babe held several management positions at Faena Hotel Miami Beach and various Ritz-Carlton Hotels, showing his experience in high service focused hospitality management.

Babe is currently working on his Master’s in Business Administration in Hospitality from the esteemed École hôtelière de Lausanne. In this reputable program, Babe is learning strategies to advance hotels’ position and profitability. According to the QS World University Rankings, EHL is ranked number one among all hospitality management universities worldwide for the past six years.
