SHOPPERS are racing to get to their nearest Aldi, eager to get their hands on a new buy that will leave your home smelling fabulous.
So if you want to ensure that your guests are impressed when they visit your pad, but the cost of living crisis has meant that you’re on a budget, then fear not, you’ve come to the right place.
We all love Aldi, right? Not only for the cheap food and beauty buys, but also for the fabulous middle aisle finds too.
And the latest Specialbuys have left bargain hunters totally open-mouthed.
It comes after the much-loved chain took to social media to show off their new £2.79 plug-in diffusers.
Alongside the post, the supermarket penned: “Our Plug In diffusers are the perfect way to refresh any room!
“Will you be picking up Lime, Basil & Mandarin or Pomegranate?”
The chain confirmed that the new Hotel Collection diffusers, which provide fresh fragrance for up to 75 days, are only £2.79 each.
There are two popular scents available, both of which are dupes of iconic Jo Malone fragrances – Pomegranate Noir and Lime, Basil & Mandarin.
So if the thought of spending £74 on a Jo Malone diffuser sends shiver down your spine, then you’ll need to run down to your local Aldi – and fast.
All you have to do is simply plug in these cheap buys, and your home will immediately smell stunning, without having to splash the cash on a pricey Jo Malone diffuser or candle.
And even better, you won’t need to worry about remembering to blow out your posh candle, as these diffusers can be plugged in and left on at all times.
The Instagram post, which was shared on the official @aldispecialbuysuk page, has clearly left many totally stunned, as it has quickly amassed over 2,300 likes.
Aldi fans were eager to get their hands on the cheap plug-in diffusers, which many rushed to the comments to express.

When's the best time to shop at Aldi?
WHEN it comes to shopping at Aldi, the best time to do so depends on what you want to buy.
For reduced items – when shops open
Red sticker items are rare at Aldi’s 830 UK stores, but the supermarket says that none of its food goes to waste so there are some to be found – if you’re quick.
A spokesman for the supermarket said: “All items are reduced to 50 per cent of the recommend sales price before stores open on their best before or use by dates.”
That means you have the best chance of finding reduced food items if you go into stores as soon as it opens.
Opening times vary by shop but a majority open from 7am or 8am. You can find your nearest store’s times by using the supermarket’s online shop finder tool.
For Specialbuys – Thursdays and Sundays
Specialbuys are Aldi’s weekly collection of items that it doesn’t normally sell, which can range from pizza ovens to power tools.
New stock comes into stores every Thursday and Sunday, so naturally, these are the best days to visit for the best one-off special deals.
For an even better chance of bagging the best items, head there for your local store’s opening time.
You don’t have to head into stores to bag a Specialbuy, though.
They also go on sale online, usually at midnight on Thursday and Sunday, and you can pre-order them up to a week in advance.
As long as you spend at least £25, you’ll get the items delivered for free.
Remember: once they’re gone, they’re gone, so if there’s something you really want, visit as early as possible
