A BBC newsreader has now ‘properly’ married her co-star as she shared stunning snaps.
Karin Giannone, 50, gave her fans a sneak peek of her big day on social media.
The BBC News star legally married her partner, news director Nick Buckley in an intimate ceremony over the weekend.
The duo originally tied the knot in 2022 whilst they were on their travels in California.
Although the first ceremony was not legal in the UK, they have now made their union official.
The TV personality posted a beaming snap of the duo on their UK wedding day.
She looked glamorous in a sleeved lace wedding dress, whilst he looked dapper in a blue suit.
The duo were all smiles as both laughed at the alter as they legally tied the knot.
On Instagram she captioned the image: “Our wedding blessing. One of the loveliest days of my life,” alongside a string of wedding themed emojis.
Meanwhile, on X – formerly known as Twitter – the former Sky News personality also posted the same image.
The newsreader wrote: “Properly married now,” complete with a simple heart emoji.
Karin and four other anchors were taken off air following the merger of the BBC’s domestic and international news channels as part of cost-cutting.
