A YOUNG traveller who embarked on a campervan-conversion journey has now moved to the coast in his new home.
Harry bought his second-hand van early last year and now, after tracking his progress online, he can proudly show off his creation.
The innovative nomad, who’s YouTube handle is @thewandering_blue, walked his 1.32k subscribers through the conversion process.
One of his recent videos offered a full van tour where you are able to see the final product of Harry’s hard work.
The cobalt blue exterior has big raptor style grills which he was immediately drawn to.
Smiling, he said: “It’s so striking, it just looks cool.”
If you follow 6ft 2 Harry into the van, where he can still stand up, there is a galley kitchen with a long elegant wooden table top.
“I’m so happy with it, this is my personal favourite part of the van.”
With various storage points, a wet room, and a non-fixed bed that can be made in 15 seconds, the van looks like any adventurers dream.
On top of that, the vehicle is powered by a large 240 watt solar panel placed on the top which powers the light and fridge.
On a sunny day, even with all the lights on there is more power coming in than going out.
It’s ideal for environmentally conscious travellers and for avoiding those pesky energy bills.
There is plenty of natural light coming from the five windows that Harry added in himself.
The whole project was said to cost around £6-7k excluding the base vehicle, and by the looks it was worth the money.
Social media commenters were quick to compliment the set up and were inspired by the videos.

Another said: “Must be nice having a home on wheels.”
A few also remarked at how impressive his technical knowledge is at his age.
The young entrepreneur is also Digital Channel Manager at popular surfwear brand Saltrock
Rather than conversion videos The Wandering Blue channel now posts van-life videos, starting off with a weekend of wild camping in Cornwall.
With ‘loads more trips planned’ it seems that Harry is certainly going to make good use of his new home on the coast.
