The best part of the 2024 Paris Olympics isn’t the Games. (I know. SHOCKER.) It’s actually fans sharing hysterical videos of their dashed Olympic dreams.

All over TikTok, current and former athletes are sharing videos of themselves faceplanting, falling off uneven bars, totally botching vault routines, and even flopping into pools. The “sad to announce I didn’t qualify for the 2024 Paris Olympics” videos are so good that they all deserve gold medals.

I can’t say I would be willing to share my sports failures for the whole world to see, but some brave souls are being such good sports about their misfortunes, and I am so here for it. These clips are 10/10 content.
