Jill Biden Shows Her Continued Dedication to Marion Parke Pumps at Paris Olympics

Jill Biden is a longtime fan of Marion Parke — and the first lady proved her lasting dedication to the brand while in Paris for the 2024 summer Olympics.
Biden was welcomed to the Élysée Palace on July 26 ahead of the Opening Ceremony alongside other heads of state from around the world. For the special occasion in the city of light, Biden wore a powder blue ensemble paired with blue suede pumps from Marion Parke, the footwear brand founded by the eponymous podiatric surgeon and fashion designer who aims to create comfortable luxury shoes.

Biden’s stately outfit consisted of a knee-length skirt and a matching long sleeve top accented with a thin belt. She maintained her color scheme by opting to wear a pair of light blue heels from the American company.
Parke said of the particular pair she wore on July 26, “I believe these are actually a suede pair of our Classic Pumps that she has had in her closet for some time. I absolutely love that she reaches for them again and again!”
Offered in several heights and materials, the Classic Pump features the brand’s patented Triple I signature invisible sole, designed by Parke herself. The shoes also feature the traditional characteristics of a pump, including a sharply pointed toe and an enclosed silhouette leaving the top of the foot exposed.
