Girls Aloud star reveals she is engaged to footballer as she shows off huge diamond ring on stage
GIRLS Aloud singer Nicola Roberts has revealed she is engaged — by showing off her ring on stage.
The pop star was seen with a large oval diamond on her ring finger as she sung at Brighton Pride at the weekend.
Nicola, 38, has been dating businessman and semi-professional footballer Mitch Hahn for two years.
It is believed Mitch, also 38, popped the question on a holiday to the South of France.
A source said: “Nicola has met her soulmate in Mitch. She couldn’t be happier.”
Nicola wore the ring for the first time on stage on Saturday night when she performed alongside Cheryl Tweedy, 41, Nadine Coyle, 39, and Kimberley Walsh, 42.
The Sun revealed that the group reformed in November last year to play 29 concerts in memory of bandmate Sarah Harding.
Sarah died aged 39 in 2021 after a battle with breast cancer.
It is officially the biggest UK arena tour to date this year.
Their performance at Brighton Pride was their 30th and final show, before they kick off a run of shows in Dublin next year.
Nicola and Mitch have kept their relationship out of the spotlight having first been seen together at an Elton John concert in June 2022.
As well as being the CEO of accountancy firm Nordens, Mitch played football for Southend United and Grays Athletic and captained Britain to Maccabi European games gold in 2019.
