U.S. fugitive caught in Mexico 20 years after Ohio murder
Antonio Riano was arrested in Mexico where he was found working as a police officer. He was wanted in connection to the 2004 shooting death of a man outside a bar in Hamilton, Ohio. WLWT’s Megan Mitchell reports.
