Trespassing complaint leads to Ballston Spa man's arrest
MILTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Ballston Spa man was arrested after law enforcement responded to a trespassing complaint in Milton. William Wilson, 56, faces several charges.
The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office responded to 300 Maple Avenue on Thursday around 5:30 p.m. for reports of trespassing. Deputies say an investigation found Wilson entered and illegally stayed in a dwelling intending to commit a crime while violating an order of protection.
Charges:
- Second-degree burglary
- Third-degree criminal mischief
- First-degree criminal contempt
- Second-degree criminal contempt
- Petit larceny
Wilson is also accused of damaging a cell phone worth over $250.00 and stealing the phone. He was arraigned in the Milton Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail.
