I’ve covered practically everything beauty-related one could think of — from makeup and hair care to injectables and fillers — but nothing excites me more than skincare. There’s just something about all the little jars of serums and creams that makes me feel so at ease. Over the years, I’ve accumulated a small drug store’s-worth of products in my home that range from inexpensive eye creams to pricey vitamin C serums and beyond. Yet still I’m always surprised when I come across something affordable that matches up against my expensive holy grails. Recently, I tried No. 7’s HydraLuminous+ Whipped Day Cream ($25), and I have to say I may never go back to my luxe moisturizer again.

For those that don’t know No 7 is a premiere beauty brand that’s been in the business for close to 90 years! They have an extensive range of products across skincare and makeup that cater to anyone’s needs. Earlier this year the brand launched its HydraLuminous+ collection that’s created with a three-in-one formulation of two percent of hyaluronic acid, five percent of niacinamide, and the brand’s Pollution Shield Technology. According to No 7, the HydraLuminous+ Whipped Day Cream “deeply moisturizes for 72 hours without greasiness,” making it a wonderful product for anyone who hascombination skin like me.

No 7 Hydraluminous Whipped Day Cream $25 — An Honest Review

HydraLuminous+ Whipped Day Cream

As you can guess by the name, the Day Cream has a soft, whipped texture that feels light and airy to the touch. Typically, since whipped products are so lightweight people often think they need more to get the job done, but that is not the case here. A little goes such a long way that one jar could last me well over two to three months. With just a nickel-sized dab of product, my face feels incredibly soft and hydrated at the end of my skincare routine.

Now, there is just one little thing that I would be mindful of — according to the brand this little gem is fragrance-free, however, I found that there was a slight scent that the other products in the line didn’t have. Personally, I don’t mind it. It’s not overwhelming and I haven’t seen any breakouts because of it — but it is something to keep in mind if you have super sensitive skin. Other than that, the HydraLuminous+ Whipped Day Cream is absolutely wonderful and you don’thave to take my word for it if you don’t want to (trust me, I won’t be offended) there are hundreds of other shoppers who love it too.

“I would buy this moisturizer over and over again,” one shopper wrote in a five-star review. “It works sooooo good!!!! It’shands down my favorite moisturizer I have tried in a long time. It feels so hydrating. It left my skin not feeling sticky and well covered.”

While another shopper compared it to an iconic cream that can cost upwards of $60. “This is an excellent day cream,” they said. “It’s definitely comparable to the high-end creams such as Lancome or Charlotte Tilbury. I definitely will be buying this again!”

You can get your hands on this $25 HydraLuminous+ Whipped Day Cream that feels like an absolute dream here. Trust me, your skin and wallet will thank me later.
