Indowind Energy raises Rs 48.30 crore through rights issue

Indowind Energy raised Rs 48.30 crore from its shareholders through a rights issue, which was oversubscribed by 1.59 times. The raised funds will develop a 6 MW Solar Power Project in Tamil Nadu. Loyal Credit & Investments Limited subscribed to a significant portion. The new shares' listing is expected by August 20, 2024.
