The program is designed to empower individuals to apply self-coaching techniques for personal and professional growth.

In 2008 Niall began working as a commentator and analyst for the BBC.

His role involved providing expert insights and commentary on sailing events, including the 2024 Paris Olympics.

On August 1, 2024 viewers and pundits were astonished when the men’s skiff medal race in Marseille was abandoned twice within two hours due to flat conditions.

The commentator expressed his disbelief, noting that such repeated cancellations in a medal race are unprecedented.

He told the Sun: “I have seen the race control boat go past.

“I cannot remember a time they’ve had to abandon a medal race and it has happened twice now.

“For a medal race to be twice abandoned. That is really quite spectacular.”
