It looks like Governor Tim Walz of Minnesota is Vice President Kamala Harris‘ choice to be her VP for her run to become President!

CNN has four sources sharing that the 60-year-old democrat and former high school teacher won the job, beating out other names including Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro, Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly and Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear.

According to reports, the Vice President and her choice will be attending a rally together in Pennsylvania tonight (August 6) to formally introduce him to her voters.

Governor Walz‘s name rose in the ranks in recent weeks as a top choice after labeling Trump and his VP choice, JD Vance, as “weird.” This has caught on among Democrats, and on social media, with many labeling them as “weird” over and over in interviews.
