MCA mandates electronic mode for all adjudication proceedings of penalties

New Regime to go Live from September 16 MCA on Monday notified the Companies (Adjudication of Penalties) Amendment Rules, 2024, mandating that all adjudication proceedings, including notices, filings, hearings, and penalty payments, shall occur electronically via the Central Government’s e-adjudication platform
