She is currently a fugitive in Turkey after having another bout of plastic surgery.
She took a British Airways flight with her son Harvey to Istanbul hours before she was due in court to discuss paying back her debts.
A judge issued a warrant for her arrest for her repeated failure to attend court this year.
Katie has insisted she is working on a documentary with JJ on corrective procedures and surgery, and said she is on a “holiday work trip”.
JJ has now shared a clip from his own procedure, showing his new dentistry work.
a source said: “Katie is worried about what will happen when she comes back to the UK.
“Obviously she is hoping it won’t end in custody and she can make this right voluntarily.”
They went on: “Katie had this trip planned for weeks in full knowledge of her court date.
“She thought it could be heard in her absence like a speeding charge and only realised the severity of missing it when reading about it by the pool.”
Katie, hit with a £760,000 tax bill, has been ordered to stump up an initial payment of £25,000 followed by £12,500 monthly instalments.
But she is yet to pay a penny after being declared bankrupt for a second time in March.
After her no-show, Judge Catherine
Barton said: “The reason for her absence today is irrelevant.”
Katie insisted in an Instagram statement: “I am continuing to cooperate to the best of my ability which will be addressed after my return from work. I have to continue in my work in order to satisfy these bankruptcy orders.
“I am however not running from matters and will continue to take matters with great seriousness.
“I am doing the best I can to rectify things during extremely difficult times.”
Katie was served with an eviction notice ordering her to leave her £1.5million “Mucky Mansion” in Horsham, West Sussex, and was supposed to hand over her six cars.
