Village of Colonie’s summer concert performance postponed due to weather
COLONIE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Village of Colonie announced that the August 6 performance of the Tuesday Nights in the Park concert series has been postponed due to expected inclement weather. The show is now scheduled for Wednesday, August 7 at 6:30 p.m.
The concert will feature Captain Squeeze and the Zydeco Moshers, performing New Orleans-style zydeco music, which combines elements of blues, jazz and R&B. The series' weekly free performances and their accompanying rain dates are held at the Frank A. Leak Amphitheater in Cook Park.
