Man accused of fatal hit skip also charged in 2023 crash into house

The Michigan man accused of the July 30 hit-skip crash that left a bicyclist dead also faces felony charges for a 2023 accident in which he allegedly crashed into a house, trapping two of its occupants in their bedroom under his car.
