Tropical Storm Debby brings heavy rainfall to Georgia, Carolinas

Tropical Storm Debby, which made landfall in Florida Monday as a Category 1 hurricane, left behind a trail of destruction as it tore through the South. The heavy rains turned roads into rivers across coastal Georgia and as much as 25 inches of rain is expected by Friday in parts of the Carolinas.
