The Phoenix Mills acquired a centrally located land parcel in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, through Astrea Real Estate Developers to develop a high-end retail mall. The land on Avinashi Road is near major residential regions, and the project aims to meet the growing retail demand. This follows their first development in Chennai, Phoenix MarketCity and Palladium Chennai.
