I don’t understand the reasoning. They’re stopping sending the season tickets they’ve received from the supplier until after the game because they received them late themselves?

It doesn't make any sense.

It’s full of grammatical errors too, pretty shoddy all round.

I think they mean if they post them out, and then run out at the office, then they can’t reissue anyone that comes to collect it in person if it doesn’t arrive in time. I don’t understand how that can’t be resolved by printing a match ticket however.

Who’s in charge of the ticket office these days?
