Katie Price brags inmates and prison guards will all fancy her if she’s jailed after warrant is issued for her arrest
KATIE Price has bragged that inmates and prison guards will fancy her if she’s jailed for skipping court hearings.
A warrant for Katie’s arrest was issued last month after she failed to show up to her latest bankruptcy hearing.
Instead, the 46-year-old is in Turkey with son Harvey, 22, and boyfriend JJ Slater, 31, and has had a £10,000 facelift – her sixth such procedure.
Katie insists her stay abroad is work related.
The mum-of-five has faced the threat of jail multiple times over the years and a source close to the unfazed star said she thinks she’ll go down a storm if she does end up getting locked up.
They told us: “Katie knows she gets a lot of attention wherever she goes and thinks it won’t be any different if she did end up in prison.
“She reckons she could wrap everyone around her little finger and they’ll all fancy her.
“She’s saying she will be entertainment for everyone, everyone will love her and it will be an easy ride.”
Katie was declared bankrupt for a second time this year over an unpaid £760,000 tax bill.
At her latest hearing, Judge Catherine Burton reiterated a previous order that Katie must make a one-off payment of £25,000 to creditors, followed by monthly instalments of £12,500.
However, despite the warrant for her arrest, we revealed Katie intends to stay out in Turkey at a £133-a-night five-star resort.
A source told us: “Katie’s actually extending her holiday and plans to stay in Turkey longer.
“She’s worried she’ll be arrested at the airport when she lands back in the UK and will have to go to jail before the metal staples are taken out of her face.
“She’s really worried she’ll be arrested in front of Harvey, and that would upset her.
“She’s better off hiding out in Turkey and recovering there.”
Katie was recently forced to move home after being served an eviction notice on her £2million Mucky Mansion.
She was supposed to hand over her six cars – a Volkswagen Beetle, a Nissan, two Range Rovers, Suzuki Vitara and Infiniti FX50 – on July 5.
She also indicated she would hand over her pink Range Rover but has so far failed to do so, the court was told.
Judge Burton said Katie failed to make the payments ordered by the court.

- December 2021: Katie avoided jail for flipping her BMW in a smash in Horsham, while under the influence of drink and drugs. She was instead handed a 16-week prison sentence suspended for a year, 100 hours community service and ordered to attend 20 rehab sessions.
- The cash-strapped mum-of-five was first declared bankrupt in 2019 in a bankruptcy court, over unpaid debts of £3.2 million
- Katie was declared bankrupt by a bankruptcy court for a second time in March over an unpaid tax bill of £761,994.05
- May 2024: Katie was served an eviction notice by the courts relating to her Mucky Mansion home following her second bankruptcy.
“She has no real excuse in failing to attend the hearing,” she said.
“The reason for her absence is irrelevant.”
While she seems to be at rock bottom with her finances, Katie has a surprise plan up her sleeve.
In her latest autobiography, This Is Me, she wrote: “Bankruptcy doesn’t hold the same fear now I can see a way out of it. If material stuff is taken from me, I know I can earn it back.
“I will get into escorting if I need to, not to sleep with the men, just for company. To be on their arm. I think I’d be good at that.
“My mum would tell me I need to work on my table manners first though. And by the way, that is a joke.”
