Vinesh Phogat appeals to CAS against disqualification at Paris Olympics, asks for shared silver medal

Vinesh Phogat has appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) against her disqualification from the 50kg Olympic wrestling finals. She is seeking to be awarded a joint silver medal. The disqualification occurred after Phogat weighed 100 grams over the limit. The CAS has set up an Ad hoc Division to address such disputes during the Olympic Games.
