Tottenham insider Paul O’Keefe has revealed that the North London club are keen on bringing one of Eberechi Eze or Pedro Neto through the door before the transfer window slams shut.

Tottenham want a new forward for Ange

O’Keefe appeared as a guest on the Last Word on Spurs, where he backed up what we have heard from various sources over recent weeks by stating that getting an attacker through the door is a priority for Ange Postecoglou.

In fact, he claimed that the Lilywhites are ‘hellbent’ on getting a top-class forward through the door ahead of the new campaign.

He revealed that according to his information, the incoming player is likely to be one of Eze or Neto.

Spurs have reached out to intermediaries

O Keefe further asserted that Tottenham had already spoken to intermediaries who could facilitate the Wolves winger’s potential move to N17 this summer.

This update comes on the back of CaughtOffside’s revelation last week that Postecoglou is keen on adding Neto to his squad and that Spurs had reached out to the 24-year-old’s agent regarding a transfer.

It remains to be seen whether Spurs actually submit a bid for Eze or Neto in the coming days and weeks.
