Affordable housing lottery in Queens offers 'stunning' views of NYC skyline
HUNTERS POINT, Queens (PIX11) -- A new affordable housing lottery that offers 'stunning views' of the Manhattan skyline has opened for a building in Queens.
The affordable housing lottery is for the 45-17 Davis Street Apartments located in Hunters Point.
The building has 37 available units, including studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.
Some of the building’s amenities include a state-of-the-art gym, a stylish lounge, a rooftop terrace, and garage parking (fees apply).
Apartments are pet-friendly and multiple pets are allowed.
The property is listed on the NYC Housing Connect website, an online portal where people can find and apply for affordable housing opportunities in New York City.
Applications for the 83rd and 2nd Apartments will remain open until October 4. The eligible income range is $105,875 - $218,010.
