Demi Moore's Fans Are Shocked By Her Recent Family Outing — But Also Love How Down to Earth It Was
Demi Moore is a bonafide Hollywood icon, so her fans were shook when she shared photos from a very public family outing she enjoyed with all three of her daughters and her granddaughter.
On Tuesday, the Ghost star made a post on her Instagram that has her followers applauding her down-to-earth vibes. Moore, daughters Rumer Willis, Scout Willis, Tallulah Willis, family friends, and Rumer’s daughter Louetta were all seated picnic-style in the middle of a crowd at a music festival in Idaho. The actress captioned the series of photos, “Family outing at @svmusicfestival! Picnicking on the grass, listening to a magnificent orchestra, and surrounded by the majestic Idaho mountains.”
One photo showed Moore smiling while sitting cross-legged on a blanket and holding a paper plate with a baked dessert atop it while her dog Pilaf snoozed in her lap. Another captured Rumer smiling and lying on her back while her daughter lay on her chest.
Scout and Tallulah were photographed as well — the two sisters sat side by side on a large blanket amidst baskets of food and other festival-goers spread out around them. And finally, Moore shared a candid snap of herself, Rumer, Louetta, and a family friend laughing, picturesque pines and mountains lining the landscape behind them. One fan asked the question we’re all wondering: “I have to know, how the heck are you able to go out like that without people bombarding you?? It looks like a lovely time!”
Another of Moore’s followers admired the family’s humility, commenting, “Love love love this so much in the mix like regular people.” And someone else gave the people of Idaho a little credit too: “Love that you can just kick back and enjoy family time here in beautiful Idaho,” they wrote.
Considering the women’s last collective outing was to Vanity Fair’s Oscars party, we’re pretty obsessed with their casual ability to kick it like the rest of us. We also love that they seem to have been left in peace by other attendees. Celebs deserve to be comfortable in public and have regular experiences like us normal folk — and how else are they supposed to keep their feet on the ground? On the red carpet one day, on a red picnic blanket the next. As if we needed more reasons to love the Moore-Willis-Heming fam.
