Voluntary business closure time down to 93 days from 499 in FY22: Ministry of Corporate Affairs

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs revealed that the average time to voluntarily close a business decreased to 93 days last fiscal, down from 195 days in FY23. This improvement follows the implementation of the C-PACE system, which streamlined processes and reduced average closure time to under 80 days this quarter.
