Hunter Schafer Has No Idea What's Going On With 'Euphoria' Season 3, Says Angus Cloud & Kevin Turen Deaths Played Big Part in Delay

Hunter Schafer is opening up about Euphoria.

The 25-year-old actress and model has played Jules Vaughn in the first two seasons, and even wrote a special episode between seasons one and two.

While appearing on Call Her Daddy, Hunter talked about the show’s long delays in getting the third season made and what she knows about the long-anticipated new episodes.

“The real tea is I have no f–king idea what’s going on, and you can ask literally all of the cast,” she told host Alex Cooper.

She admits that “a lot has happened” since season two, noting the deaths of co-star Angus Cloud and producer Kevin Turen.

“I think everyone feels a certain sense of anticipation for if we are supposed to do Season 3,” she says. “Obviously I’m still coming to qualms about what’s happened and losing people that we really loved and were a part of this family and everything. If we do go back, that’s going to be tough.”

“I think there’s a world in which we can channel that into making it a beautiful Season 3 if it is supposed to happen, but I think that s–t really threw everyone for a loop,” Hunter added. “And then there’s all these industry whatever political things that go into whether or not this is happening, but that’s emotionally … a big part of what’s happening, too.”

Also in that interview, Hunter opened up about her split from co-star Dominic Fike.

Hunter is one of 12 stars from the show that are expected to return when production gets underway in January 2025.
