The 31-year-old has previously gone viral for smothering period blood across her cheeks to give herself “glowing skin.”

Now, she has revealed her latest skincare “hack” in a video that has over 217,000 views.

“I saw research about it and decided to try it,” Peixoto said to What’s The Jam.

“It can prevent aging. It’s the craziest thing I’ve done in my life.

“But it’s worked for me, and my skin has stopped flaking!”

In the video, Peixoto can be seen going to her fridge and picking out a small sample container of what appears to be her own poop.

She then puts her hair back with a pink hairband before using a small spatula to wipe the feces across her cheeks, forehead, chin, and nose.

Débora then rubs the poop into her skin with her fingers to create a face mask.

The Brazilian native uses a clothes peg to close her nose, which she says “helps with the smell,” and leaves the substance on for ten minutes before washing it off.

At the end of the video, Débora looks at the camera to show off her “glowing” skin.

The post has gained over 1,900 likes, as well as hundreds of comments so far.

“There are things that even when I see, I don’t believe,” said one shocked commenter.

“People are getting too extreme on the Internet. This is worrisome,” added another.

“Humans are so weird,” said one viewer.

“Disgusting AF. I wouldn’t even do that,” agreed another.

“This is diabolical… taking it too far,” said a third.

What the Doctor Says

Dr Sophie Momen, a consultant dermatologist at the Cadogan Clinic in London, has warned against the hack.

“Of all the skincare ‘trends’, this is one of the strangest I have ever come across,” she said.

“There is absolutely no scientific benefit to your skin in using feces as a face mask.

“In reality, this could pose more problems than benefits.

“Feces is full of bacteria and viruses, putting yourself and others at risk of illness, food poisoning, and infections.

“In addition, when feces come into contact with the skin, it can irritate the skin, causing redness and discomfort.”

Her colleague, Dr. Tunc Tiryaki, a consultant plastic surgeon and the chair of the humanitarian programs of ISAPS, has also shared his thoughts.

“Using your own feces as a facial cleanser or face mask is highly inadvisable due to several health and hygiene concerns,” he said.

“Feces contain a plethora of bacteria, viruses, and parasites, including E. coli, salmonella, and helminths, which can cause serious infections and diseases.

“Applying feces to your face can introduce these pathogens into your body through small cuts, abrasions, or mucous membranes, leading to severe skin infections or systemic illnesses.

”Feces also contain waste products and toxins that the body has expelled.

“These substances are harmful and can cause inflammation, irritation, and allergic reactions on the skin.”

Instead, the surgeon advises to use modern facial masks.

“These are specifically formulated to cleanse, moisturize, and protect the skin while maintaining its natural balance,” he said.

“Utilizing these scientifically developed products is a far safer and more effective method for maintaining skin health and hygiene.”
