Residents of Tower J in Chintel's Paradiso society in Gurgaon to make 'concrete' decision

A structural audit by IIT-Delhi identified high corrosion risk and poor concrete quality as factors. Despite multiple reminders, some residents have not evacuated, complicating further actions. The administration has initiated steps for demolition, with 144 flats bought back and 119 set for reconstruction. The developer is relocating essential services, with demolition scheduled to start after four months. Edifice Engineering is preparing for the demolition process.
