Haryana to give Rs 2,000 per acre bonus to farmers in view of less rainfall
The Haryana government decided to provide Rs 2,000 per acre as a bonus to farmers for their Kharif crops due to inadequate rainfall. Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini stated that farmers faced higher costs. Farmers must register on the 'Meri Fasal, Mera Byora' portal by August 15. Outstanding irrigation charges were also waived.
