Calgary Herald letters, Aug. 8: Reducing poverty needs governments working together

I found the Aug. 3 editorial cartoon interesting. It poses a “David and Goliath” vision of tackling poverty. As the “Davids”, the provincial and the federal governments are pointing to each other to take on poverty reduction.
