Pedestrian killed in crash on I-84 off-ramp, traffic blocked

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A deadly crash closed the Interstate 84 to Southbound Interstate 205 ramp early Thursday morning.

According to Portland police, officers responded to the crash just after 5:00 a.m. where they learned that a pedestrian had been hit and killed. The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.

Due to the crash, the ramp has been closed during the investigation.
