Vista completes acquisition of Banco SocGen Moçambique

Financial services firm Vista Group has completed its acquisition of 100% of Banco Société Générale Moçambique, which has eight branches and will be renamed Vista Bank Moçambique. The acquisition will further expands Vista's presence in Africa.
