Albany man accused of possessing child sex abuse images
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- An Albany man was arrested and is accused of having child sexual abuse materials. Phillip Campaner, 42, is charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child and possessing a sexual performance by a child.
According to State Police, Campaner's arrest comes after an investigation and a search warrant was executed at his home in Albany. The investigation stemmed from a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Campaner was arrested at his home and was processed by Latham State Police. He was arraigned at the Albany City Court and remanded to the Albany County Correctional Facility instead of $20,000 cash, $20,000 bond, or a $40,000 partially Secured bond.
