Astrologer reveals how to avoid romantic disasters during Mercury retrograde – and the sign that’ll have it worst of all
AN astrology expert has revealed which signs are most likely to romantically implode during Mercury retrograde.
She offered useful tips to avoid any dating disasters, but there is one sign that may have it the worst.
Mercury retrograde began on August 5 and will continue until August 28.
It is when the planet Mercury moves backward in the night sky, and many planetary experts say it impacts our mood and decision-making.
Neda, an astrologer at the dating app Flirtini, said Mercury retrograde increases the risk of miscommunication and relationship issues.
Some zodiac signs should be extra cautious about their love lives during this time.
WORST CASE
Ruled by Mercury, Neda said Geminis have it worst of all during this astrological event.
If you’re experiencing frequent confusion, difficulty expressing yourself, and heightened emotions, you may be affected.
If so, the zodiac expert suggested slowing down your life and avoiding any major life decisions.
Now is not the time to start a new relationship.
“Show a little patience, allowing your life to unfold naturally, if you want to steer clear of stress and misunderstanding,” she said.
VIRGO VICE
Seeing as how this Mercury retrograde period starts in Virgo, Neda said “Virgos will feel particularly thrown off over the next month.”
She shared some blunt advice that might help.
“I know you’re a perfectionist, but resist the urge to control every detail,” she advised.
She encouraged those with Virgo placements to “embrace the unpredictability” and above all, “have some fun.”
If that’s not your speed, then “focus on self-care and activities that can keep your stress levels under control.”
LAZY LEO
Mercury retrograde is expected to shift on August 14.
As a result, Neda said Leos will find their usual confident and charismatic behaviors “tested.”
“Their boldness may be misconstrued as insensitivity,” she explained.
Leos should listen carefully and think before they speak during this time.
“A quick pause can avoid potential conflict,” she said.
Neda also shared helpful tactics to follow to make it easier to communicate with your partner.
