Taylor Swift fans in Vienna after terror plot ruins concert plans

Thousands of Taylor Swift fans who were in Vienna, Austria, for her "Eras Tour" appearances are now looking for other ways to celebrate her music after a foiled terror plot led to at least two arrests and event cancellations. CBS News Pentagon reporter and producer Elle Watson has more.
