2nd hearing held on Forward Toledo, the city's updated comprehensive zoning plan

Senior planners Josh Lewandowski and Ryne Sundvold from the Toledo-Lucas County Plan Commission presented “Forward Toledo,” an update to the city’s comprehensive master plan, to Toledo’s Zoning and Planning committee.
