Pellerin: In Ottawa, we have a great grassroots sports culture

On Sunday evening I'll be at Carleton University for the opening ceremonies of the Canadian Ultimate Championships, which are held in Ottawa this year. The event brings over 2,000 junior and adult competitors and stretches out over a full week.
