SOPHIA Grace looks unrecognisable 13 years after finding fame on YouTube.
The 21-year-old and Rosie McClelland, from Essex, are best known for becoming famous after posting a cover of Nicki Minaj‘s Superbass on the video sharing platform in 2011.
Sophia and cousin Rosie, who were five and eight at the time, went viral for their video and ended up appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show a number of times after gaining huge popularity.
They had their own segment called on the show called Tea Time with Sophia Grace & Rosie, which saw them chat with the likes of Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus.
Not only that, they starred in their own movie Sophia Grace & Rosie’s Royal Adventure in 2014, as well as writing two books Tea Time with Sophia Grace & Rosie and Show Time with Sophia Grace & Rosie.
Sophia launched her solo career in 2014.
The star has been releasing music ever since, with her last song out in 2022.
Those include Best Friends, Why U Mad, My Zone and Little Things.
Back in 2019 she also released her own clothing brand LoLo London.
Now, 13 years on, Sophia has a huge social media following.
She now boasts an incredible 1.5m followers on Instagram, 3.5m subscribers on YouTube, 4.9m followers on TikTok.
Sophia loves to share an insight into her life on her platforms.
Back in October 2022, the former child star revealed she was expecting her first child.
She told her YouTube followers: “I am 21 weeks today and the reason why I left it so long, is because I always want to make sure everything is completely fine and everything is safe.
“I was very shocked when I first found out, I have got used to it now and I am super, super happy about it.”
Then in February 2023 it was confirmed she had given birth.
Months later she revealed her son’s moniker.
Sophia said: “The name that we picked is River. I just think it’s very, very unique and I don’t really hear many people called it.”
She added: “And I really love nature related things. I love nature, I love trees, I love the forest, I love the ocean and obviously River is like a part of nature, so I just thought it was a really cool name.”
Sophia and Grace returned to the Ellen DeGeneres show one last time before it wrapped up in 2022.
Reflecting on their incredible childhood, Sophia said: “As a child, I always used to play dress up. So did me and Rosie.
“I was dressing up, and Rosie’s favourite costume happened to be The Virgin Mary — you know, Mary and Jesus.”
She continued: “I was around and Rosie was wearing the outfit. I kept singing Nicki Minaj all the time and my Auntie, Rosie’s mom, was the only one who had an iPhone.
“She said ‘Why don’t we film it? Rosie, quickly get out of the Virgin Mary outfit and get into that outfit.'”
