Slightly Cooler and a Less Muggy Morning in Acadiana

Slightly cooler and less muggy conditions have arrived in Acadiana this Friday morning as temperatures dip into the lower 70s. A few spots north of I-10 could get into the upper 60s! The afternoon still looks very hot with highs in the upper 90s but it won't be extremely muggy outside. The hottest part of the day could feel closer to 110°.

The lower humidity will last throughout the weekend. Highs are stuck in the mid to upper 90s with lows getting into the 70s each night.
