Sha'Carri Richardson leads in a Women's 100m Round 1 heat during the 2024 Paris Olympics.

While the Paris Olympics are almost over, a few can't-miss track and field events remain, including the men's and women's 4x100m relays. We've scoured the internet to identify everything you need to know about where to watch 4x100m at the Olympics, including exactly what time you need to tune in to avoid missing anything.

Team USA has qualified for both the men's and women's portion of the competition. The women's team earned silver at the Tokyo Olympics, trailing behind Jamaica, and the men's team failed to qualify for the final. Sha'Carri Richardson, fresh off a silver medal win in the 100m, will anchor the women's team, which also includes 200m gold medalist Gabby Thomas. The men's team includes Kenny Bednarek, who just won silver in the 200m.

These races typically last less than a minute, so it's not a bad idea to tune in a few minutes before the anticipated start time to ensure you catch all of the action. Keep reading to learn how. There are still a couple more days of athletics events, and our Olympic track and field streaming guide has the full details. You can also bookmark our official Olympics hub for info on remaining events.

Where to watch 4x100m in the US

The 4x100m races will be available to watch on Peacock and NBC in the United States. For those without cable, Peacock will be the cheapest option today. Subscriptions go for just $7.99 a month, making it one of the more affordable US streaming services.

If you don't have cable or a good antenna, you can also watch the races on NBC through a live TV package like Sling TV or Fubo. Sling TV's Sling Blue plan will be the cheaper option, but the service's local channel coverage is selective, so you should make sure you can access NBC before subscribing. Subscriptions cost $40 a month, but new users can get their introductory month for half-off. The service offers a little over 40 channels per plan.

At $79.99 a month, Fubo is the more expensive cable alternative, but it includes broad NBC coverage and over 180 other channels. Plus, first-time customers can try out the streamer for free for one week.

Where to watch 4x100m in the UK

Every athletics event at the Olympics (and every Olympic moment) will live stream on Eurosport in the UK. Subscriptions go for £3.99 a month. Select track and field events will also be available for free through BBC iPlayer, which simply requires account creation to use.

Plans require a Stan base subscription (starting at $12 a month) and the Sport Add-on (an additional $15 a month) to access Olympics coverage. Select athletics coverage will also be available for free through 9Now, where users just need to create an account to start watching, so you can also check there for the 4x100m races.

How to watch 4x100m from anywhere

If you happen to be traveling during the races, you can still access your usual streaming options via VPN (virtual private network). VPNs let people temporarily change their electronic device's virtual location, enabling them to keep up with their go-to websites and apps from anywhere. Plus, they're solid ways to boost online privacy. We recommend ExpressVPN for the VPN-curious. It's easy to use and comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, so there are no worries if you find that it's not what you're looking for. You can find a full breakdown in our ExpressVPN review.

Note: The use of VPNs is illegal in certain countries, and using VPNs to access region-locked streaming content might constitute a breach of the terms of use for certain services. Insider does not endorse or condone the illegal use of VPNs.
