Upcoming concert celebrates Vivaldi

Travel, rest and city escapes may be at the top of the list this month for most, but event organisers are busy preparing for a brand-new season of productions. With September just around the corner, a new season of events is being prepared.

At the Limassol Municipal Gardens Theatre Marios Tokas, the Synergia ensemble will present a classical music evening, dedicated to the great composer Antonio Vivaldi. The string ensemble, composed of exceptionally talented musicians, will present its inaugural concert on September 21, showcasing the timeless masterpieces of Vivaldi.

“Whether you are a seasoned concert-goer or new to the world of string ensembles, Synergia’s performances promise to be an unforgettable experience. The event will feature a line-up of world-class musicians, including a renowned singer, a masterful luthier, and a virtuosic harpsichordist as special guests. The repertoire of the Golden Legacy – Antonio Vivaldi concert will include pieces such as the Violin Concert in E Major, the ‘Ah che infelice’ from the Cantata ‘Cessate, Omai Cessate’ and the Double Violin Concerto in A minor.
