She skipped the original hearing on Tuesday hearing to have a facelift and soak up the sun in Turkey.

Her ex-fiance took aim at the 46-year-old in a recent Instagram post where he posed in the gym.

“Getting it done, pay your dues,” he wrote in the caption, in a potential dig at Katie.

One follower wrote: “Hope you are finally getting some peace and rebuilding yourself after all you must have been through.”

Katie and Carl ended their relationship for good at the end of last year.

They had been in an on/off romance since July 2020 and got engaged in April 2021.

Sources close to Katie claimed they had even had planned for a secret wedding, but they split for good in November last year.

The mum-of-five was seen arriving in court wearing a head bandage and sunglasses.

It was just hours after she’d been detained at Heathrow after a High Court judge had issued a warrant fro her arrest.

She’d skipped her hearing last Tuesday as part of her  £760,000 bankruptcy fight.

She wore a fitted beige jumpsuit and trainers, with a swollen face after her sixth facelift.

The Podcast-creator was blasted by a judge after claiming she had been charged £50,000 to receive legal advice.

Price had said she wanted to attend the next hearing remotely, saying: “I find it difficult in court.

“I have been assessed by another high court.”

Judge Schaffer told her she must make an application to do so, and that she should seek legal advice.

Price responded: “Now with the legal advice, I tried to get legal advice but I’ve been charged £50,000 up front.

“Now being in a bankruptcy at the moment, the bankruptcy is taking 40 per cent.

“I’m finding it difficult to do that. I can’t get even legal aid because I earn.”

The judge told her she simply needed a solicitor which should cost no more than £500.

He then snapped: “This is a discreet application. It doesn’t take Einstein to do it.”

The court appearance came just hours after she was arrested upon her arrival back to the UK following a trip to Turkey.

During the hearing, which Price attended remotely from a nearby building, she was asked to agree to two undertakings.

She was asked by a judge to attend court again at the Rolls Building on August 27 and to provide documents when asked.

Price was told: “There are going to be two forms of undertakings, the first is you have to attend your public examination before the court when it is listed.

“You have to attend that date, no ifs or buts, no holidays, no going abroad, you have to attend that date.”

The judge warned Price that she faces being nicked again if she fails to comply.

Price confirmed that she understood that she must attend and later added: “I will move my diary for it.”

Katie recently revealed that she lost her £50,000 engagement ring after she threw it at Carl.

The pair were rowing in Ibiza when she lobbed the sparkler at him and it went over the balcony.

The star made the confession while chatting to Olivia Attwood for her podcast So Wrong It’s Right.

Olivia noted that Katie has had many engagement rings – eight in fact – during her adult life and asked if she had kept any.

Katie replied: “The last one, actually, with Carl… we had an argument when I was in Ibiza.

“I was doing a job…no alcohol…we argued because he went through my phone while I was doing a shoot.

“I said, ‘Did you see anything on it?’ He said no, and I said, ‘Exactly, why are you going through my phone?!’

“I said, ‘Do you know what? You can have this!'”

Katie then demonstrated to Olivia how she chucked her ring with force at her then-partner Carl.

“I threw it at him and it went over the balcony,” Katie continued, as Olivia sat wide-eyed and with her hands over her mouth.

“We went to look for it and we never found it. So one day, someone’s going to find a beautiful diamond ring.”
