After a few months away, we are now back with the first edition of the 2024/25 weekend preview with Royston Town FC, Royston Town Women and Royston Town Reserves.

 

First up, Royston Town are at home when they host Barwell FC in our opening match of the season Southern League Premier Central, this Saturday, kick-off 3pm. Barwell will be a tough game as they have always got the better of us so we are hoping to put this right.

Admission Prices: Adults £12 / Concessions £8 / U16’s £4

Parking is limited and the nearest car park is the Town Hall car park postcode SG8 7XB, prices are:

75p for an hour / 85p for 2 hours / £1.15 for 3 hours / £3.60 for more than 3 hours. After 3pm parking is free.

The clubhouse and refreshments will be open and accept cash and cards.

 

Next up Royston Town Women also have their final pre season game when they host higher opposition Norwich City Women who play one league above in the Women’s National League South East Division on Sunday, kick- off 2pm.

The Turnstiles accept both cash and cards.

Last up is Royston Town Reserves and they are on the road when they travel to Bedfordshire to take on Ampthill Town FC in the Spartan South Midlands Divsion One, Saturday 3pm kick-off. The league started on Sat 27th July and so far Ampthill Town are one of the 5 teams with a 100% record with 6 points by beating Raunds Town and Wellingborough Town, while Royston Town Reserves have 3/6 points with a 2-1 loss against Moulton but bounced back with a 2-0 win against Buckingham FC.
