Love Is Blind UK star Sam’s dramatic transformation revealed after ‘insecurity’ drove him to nose job
LOVE Is Blind UK star Sam Klein underwent a nose job after being plagued by “insecurities” about his appearance.
The UK edition of popular Netflix show hit the streaming service on Wednesday.
Sam, 31, revealed that he had a Rhinoplasty surgery to have his nose “reshaped”.
The reality star explained the reason behind his surgery was to help settle his anxieties around his looks.
Sam said: “For me it’s changed everything, I can walk into places anywhere and just feel comfortable.
“I don’t feel like everyone’s looking at me from an angle where I’m feeling uncomfortable.”
He went on: “It’s that constant worrying, did you get that photo of me where I’m on that side.
“Or when I’m getting married one day, hopefully that will help.
“Standing at the front of the alter and having to have my nose on the is something I’m dreading. This is going to get rid of all that.”
Sam said his new look has given him the confidence to live life to the fullest now.
He continued: “Having something that you’ve had a stigma about for your whole life and now I know for the next 30 or 60 years I can just live without that one thing that always just put me off myself.”

“I felt like it was holding me back, the actual way I look physically and the mental side, I’m free.”
The programme, which sees hopeless romantics build connections and get engaged to someone before actually meeting them, is hosted by married couple Matt and Emma Willis.
Fans are already loving the first four instalments, with the next four episodes dropping in seven days time.
During the first few instalments of Love Is Blind, Sam got himself into a love triangle with Benaiah and Nicole.
But Sam and Nicole ,who got engaged on the show, dramatically quit just hours later.
But while the other couples headed off on a luxurious retreat abroad to explore their physical connection – Nicole broke the news she’d ended their engagement.
“Sam and I are meant to be on the retreat but something didn’t quite feel right,” Nicole told viewers.
Sam and Nicole had both had their sights set on other people, but found each other during the experiment.
After being dumped by Jasmine, Sam turned his attention to Nicole who had been told her love interest Benaiah wasn’t ready to propose.
However, Nicole soon realised she’d made a mistake after seeing a “sign” during Sam’s proposal.
She explained: “When I took the ring, I placed it on the wrong finger, on the right finger.
“He didn’t notice. Now I look back in hindsight that was a sign that it just wasn’t right.”
Sam said: “The doors closed and it was bizarre. I started to realise that something was off, something wasn’t right.”
Before signing up to the Netflix show, Nicole was previously married but divorced shortly after and as a result threw herself into her career as head of brand and marketing.
