SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Whether you take it hot or iced, unsweetened or with a drizzle of honey, options are a plen-tea at Saratoga Tea & Honey Co. on Broadway.

"We're a small, women-owned business, supported here by a lot of my family members and wonderful friends," said owner Hayley Stevens.

The team at the shop have curated a lot of their herbal blends based on what piques customers' fancies.

"We source the herbs and blend them in-house, to of course taste delicious, but also usually serve a purpose," said Stevens. "We have an expansive list of herbal blends, and also scented teas that we do in-house."

Stevens' passion for tea is obvious, right down to what you drizzle in your cup. You can choose from more than a dozen flavors of honey, infused in-house. One of their most popular flavors right now is Ghost Pepper.

The shop features an eight-seat tea bar where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the brew of your choice. There's also a honey tasting room, and a retail area where you can purchase the accessories necessary to make tea at home.
