Man hospitalized with serious injuries after NE Portland stabbing

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A man is in the hospital after being stabbed in Northeast Portland Saturday morning, police said.

Just before 8 a.m., officers responded to the 6700 block of Northeast Killingsworth Street on reports of the stabbing.

On arrival, they found a man injured in the street. When officers determined the injuries were potentially life-threatening, he was taken to the hospital.

Police say the man's current condition is unknown at this time.

Any possible suspects had left the scene before police arrived and no arrests have been made.

No further information, including the identity of the victim, has been released at this time.
