Suspect in custody after standoff in S OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — Oklahoma City Police are on the scene of a barricaded suspect in south Oklahoma City.

According OKCPD they were responding to a domestic call when a male shot at police. Police tell News 4 that the caller informed them he found his mother assaulted and believed his father had assaulted her. He found his father passed out in a room, when police arrived on the scene the man opened fire on them.

The suspect is barricaded in a house near SW 66th and Miller Ave.

This is a developing story and there is no word on any injuries at this time.

OKCPD PIO confirmed the suspect surrendered and was taken into custody.
