Surat man faces multiple FIRs for posing as inspector, harassing woman who refused to marry him

Police in Surat registered three FIRs against Tarun Barot from Patan after he impersonated an officer and harassed a woman who rejected his marriage proposal. Barot falsely claimed that a robber was at the woman's residence, tricking police into visiting her home and her son's workplace. Both Barot and the victim are divorced and had exchanged marriage biodata.
